How amazing is every single bite of fluffy whole wheat bread, creamy avocado and crunchy seeds? It’s a pleasure, indeed, and I try to switch my breakfast options around quite a bit so as to not get bored. I do love routine and it’s convenient to have your meals down for prep, but sometimes it’s just important to set everything aside and listen to your body.
