CARROT ZUCCHINI SOUP

Ingredients:

 

  • 4  carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups filtered water
  • curry powder
  • ground mustard
  • pepper
  • sea salt
  • cumin
  • cayenne pepper

Directions: Boil water and cook chopped carrots and zucchini in the hot water until soft. Blend veggies with milk, one cup of the boiled water and the sea salt and spices. Add more water until desired thickness. Serve hot.
