Try to find Farmer’s Markets wherever you live. They bring out local, organic produce and many natural, health foods that greatly benefit the community. Not only will you be supporting your local farmers but also you will find produce that is seasonal and we are meant to eat with the seasons! If you can’t find Farmer’s Markets around you, visit your local Whole Foods or ask your local grocery store for organic produce.
