FIT-FRIENDLY BANANA NUT BREAD

FIT FRIENDLY BANANA WALNUT BREAD!

Ingredients:

2 Ripe Bananas

4 packets of stevia

4 Eggs

2 Egg Whites

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

3 scoops rolled oats

2 tbsp ground flaxseed

* chopped walnuts for garnish

 

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 celsius). Combine all ingredients (except walnuts) together in a medium bowl until you reach smooth batter consistency. Spray a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with coconut oil non-stick spray. Pour the batter into the loaf pan with spatula, sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top and bake in the oven for about 20-30 minutes (until you can poke with a toothpick and it comes out clean).
