GRAIN-FREE PANCAKES

Grain Free Pancakes

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 packets of stevia
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • optional: berries and nut for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Blend all or whisk it up until batter is smooth.
  2. Let batter sit for at least 10 minutes so baking soda has time to react before cooking.
  3. Pour onto hot griddle over medium high heat.
  4. Flip them when edges start to dry.
  5. Serve warm and garnish with berries, nuts or any other fruit of your preference!
