Grain Free Pancakes
- 2 cups almond flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 packets of stevia
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
- optional: berries and nut for garnish
- Blend all or whisk it up until batter is smooth.
- Let batter sit for at least 10 minutes so baking soda has time to react before cooking.
- Pour onto hot griddle over medium high heat.
- Flip them when edges start to dry.
- Serve warm and garnish with berries, nuts or any other fruit of your preference!
