GREEK YOGURT SNACK

Greek yogurt is high in protein and packs healthy probiotics for your gut. If you get hungry between meals, I highly recommend a small portion of fat-free greek yogurt with walnuts or pecans on top. You may sweeten it with raw honey, maple syrup or with fruit.
