MASSAGED KALE SALAD

Ingredients:

 

  • kale leaves
  • olive oil
  • lemon or lime
  • ground mustard
  • sea salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • pepper
  • walnuts
  • avocado

Directions: Remove leaves from kale stems (dispose stems) and place leaves in mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice and sprinkle all condiments over leaves, then massage the leaves with your hands until the leaves loose hard texture. Add chopped walnuts and avocado, or even dried cranberries for added flavor!
