Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach Reaches Milestone: It topped off on January 20, 2017.

Property Markets Group (PMG) and partner, S2 Development, announce today that Muse Residences in Sunny Isles Beach tops off. The exclusive 68-unit, 649 foot, glass tower offers the most rare and unique design with a curvature at the core of the development. A visually unique residential building in South Florida, Muse Residences is conceptually designed by Carlos Ott and architect of record, Sieger Suarez.

In December 2016, ISG World reported that there is currently $11.5 billion in new development projects in Sunny Isles Beach. The Miami Report goes on to project a complete inventory sellout of the remaining 249 completed and under construction units in Sunny Isles towards the end of 2018.
